Rogia Williams III serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for E. Ritter Company.  He worked as an HR Executive for Fortune 500 companies such as Target Corporation Headquarters, ServiceMaster, and Kellogg Company as well as privately held organizations.  Rogia is an alumnus of The University of Mississippi (BBA ‘00) and an alumnus of The University of Louisiana (MBA ‘04). He is a member of the Quilted History Board of Directors, The E. Ritter Philanthropy Committee, and a former member of the University of Louisiana Alumni Board of Directors. With over 20 years of experience and broad knowledge of Human Resources including leadership development, mergers & acquisitions, recruitment & retention, talent management, conflict resolution, change management, labor relations, and benefits administration, he is able to use his learnings and experiences to educate, inspire, and motivate audiences. He resides in the Memphis area.
